All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped and received.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in quality control and packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@auraartistrypro.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will do our best to resolve the matter — this may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Aura Artistry Pro is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they have been handed to the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your order, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed or shipped. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued in approved cases where:

  • The product is deemed defective upon arrival, and

  • We are notified within 7 days of delivery

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your account.
