Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, restocks, or holiday seasons.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada & USA: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes (including VAT) applied by your local customs office. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.
