- All deposits are non-refundable and non-deferrable.
- Please avoid caffeinated drinks before your appointment. Shaking or twitching eyelids may prolong or prevent service; excessive movement may require rescheduling for safety.
- 24–48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- No additional guests are allowed.
- No-shows will be charged the full appointment amount.
- Respectful behavioUr is required at all times. Rude or inappropriate conduct will result in cancellation and refusal of future bookings.
- Refusal to follow policies will result in being blacklisted from future services.
⏰ LATE POLICY
- There is a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes late will be cancelled or rescheduled.
- If you arrive late but within the grace period, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time and cannot be extended. (Example: if your appointment is 2:00–3:45 and you arrive at 2:20, it will still end at 3:45.)
- Full payment is still required for the service booked.

- If guest parking is full, there is a Green P, street parking, or public parking on Roehampton.
